Error: HVM guest support is unavailable: is VT/AMD-V supported by your CPU and enabled in your BIOS?
Issue : windows guest OS is not starting in VM server . Same img file is working different VM server . Only difference is Lenovo mother board is used .
xm create vm.cfg
Using config file "./vm.cfg".

Solution
1. Enter to BIOS setup
Make sure Below settings are enabled
virtualization is enabled
a. Advcaned --> CPU setup -->intel (R) Virtualization Technology--> Enabled
VT100+ is selected
b. Advcaned --> Interl (R) Mangablity --> SOL Configration --> VT100+
2. Save in BIOS and reboot
